Individual Orders

Return Item

All sales are final.  We are happy to replace any item that arrives damaged.  Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged and we will make arrangements to send you a replacement.

Cancel Order

All sales are final.  However, if you make a purchase in error and we have not yet sent the item to you in the mail, we will provide a full refund for your purchase.  Once the item has shipped (usually with 24 hours of your purchase) no refunds are allowed.

Lost Item

We send our books by USPS media mail.  Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive.  If your order does not arrive within two weeks of purchase, please contact us and we will research the loss and send a replacement if necessary. International orders should allow three weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for books lost in the mail due to mistakes in the shipping address.

Bookstores / Retail Sales

Re-seller Discount

Qualified college and retail stores are offered a 35% discount off the original retail price of all books when purchasing FIVE or more copies of the same title.

Payment

Once we have the specifics of your order, we will create an invoice for you.  Payment is due 90 days from date the books are shipped.

Retailer Returns

Retailer returns are permitted for up to 90 days from the date the order ships.  There is a 5% restock fee.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the shipping date.

Please contact us before sending books for a return approval number.  Books must be returned in NEW (unopened) condition. Shipping to be paid by retailer.

Shipping

We recommend UPS or FedEx shipping services. Use tracking numbers.
